White Tree Games is a Polish company operating on the board games and wargaming market and producing collectible bust and miniatures for Ignis Art studio.
Our products are sold to countries all over the world. They have won the recognition of players and collectors thanks to the innovative designs and the highest quality of workmanship.
Due to the company's development plans, we are looking for talented people who will join our team.
Currently we are looking for:
- casting employee
- Illustrator / Concept artist
- Sculptor

Casting employee
We guarantee:
- stable employment based on a contract;
- stationary work at the company's headquarters in Radom (Poland);
- opportunity to gain experience and undergo training;
- work on great miniatures from Ignis Art, Afterglow and others :)
Responsibilities:
- quality control of manufactured models;
- preparation of models for packaging and sale;
- product packaging;
- assistance in the preparation of casting molds;
- preparation and completion of orders for dispatch.
We expect:
- accuracy, precision and diligence;
- good manual skills for precision work;
- readiness to learn and acquire new skills;
- ability to work in a team;
- welcome interest in board games, PRG and wargaming.
Illustrator / Concept artist
We guarantee:
- stable employment based on a contract;
- stationary work at the company's headquarters in Radom (Poland) or working from home, depending on your preferences;
- friendly atmosphere;
- work on interesting projects :)
Responsibilities:
- creating illustrations for games and projects by White Tree Games and Ignis Art based on the received specification;
- creating concept art of miniatures;
- creating graphic elements for publishing and marketing purposes;
We expect:
- talent, creativity and commitment;
- ability to cooperate with the team in creative projects;
- ability to implement the guidelines in the project, accept comments and introduce changes resulting from them;
- welcome interests in fantasy, board games and wargaming.
Sculptor
We guarantee:
- stable employment based on a contract;
- stationary work at the company's headquarters in Radom (Poland) or home office work, depending on your preferences;
- opportunity to gain experience and acquire new skills;
- friendly atmosphere;
- work on interesting projects :)
Responsibilities:
- creating 3D designs of game models and collectible models;
- preparation of files for printing;
We expect:
- talent, creativity and commitment;
- skills in the Zbrush program;
- ability to prepare files for 3D printing;
- ability to cooperate with the team in creative projects;
- ability to implement the guidelines in the project, accept comments and introduce changes resulting from them;
- welcome interests in fantasy, board games and wargaming.
